2 minutes to master the causes and solutions of common vibration faults caused by CNC machine tools

For the selection of CNC processing technology to carry out the operation of the machine tool, known as CNC machine tool (NC machine tool). It is a kind of comprehensive use of electronic information technology, automatic control system, accurate measurement technology and machine tool design programs and other high quality technology of the typical mechatronics products, is the basic of contemporary production technology. There are many types of machine tools, intelligent CNC machine tools are drilling milling machine, milling class, cutting class, metal processing class, casting class, laser cutting processing class and other unique main purpose machine tools.


Many customers in the application of machine tools will find a problem, that is machine vibration, because the relativity of the gear box is complex, transmission gear more, and the precision of the spindle bearing machine tool is no doubt than the CNC machine tool, so fast drilling vibration. In addition, if it is not for the standard shaft parts, the balance block of the fixture is very important. If it is not possible to ensure the dynamic balance of the rotor of the spindle bearing (the fixture), it is a good machine tool that will vibrate.


Numerical control machine tool vibration solution:


1. Try to improve the main parameters of the Z-axis rate ring of high-end CNC machine tools, and make the dynamic characteristics of the rate ring match the situation of today's mechanical equipment according to the adjustment of the gain value and integration time of the rate ring. In the Bruco drive management mobile phone software of FIDIA CNC machine tool, the main parameter of Z-axis S05002 (rate loop gain value) was adjusted from 6 to 4, and the vibration subsided. However, this method will reduce the response time of the rate loop and harm the dynamic characteristics of the Z axis.


2. Relying on the three-axis instantaneous velocity sensor, the vibration data and information of the Z axis are recorded and analyzed. The inductor is installed on the lead screw nut and the servo motor to carry out the Z-axis circular fitness exercise program and record the vibration of the Z-axis respectively.


According to the accurate measurement results, the analysis shows that the vibration frequency of the servo motor motor and the lead screw nut is around 633Hz in the case of vibration, and the instantaneous vibration speed is high. According to the filter function of FIDIA system software, the vibration frequency suppression and attenuation coefficient and the basic parameters can be excited after the filter function, and the vibration is detected again, and the vibration is subsided.


The above two methods can deal with the problem of vibration of CNC machine tools.
